Paul Sirek
President, Principal
Trey joined Vector Design Group in 2023 with twenty-four years of experience in architecture and project management. He has worked with local, regional, national and international clients on various types of projects that have received recognition and awards. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from The University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale and is a Registered Architect.
Trey Randolph
Vice President of Design
Trey joined Vector Design Group in 2023 with twenty-four years of experience in architecture and project management. He has worked with local, regional, national and international clients on various types of projects that have received recognition and awards. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from The University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale and is a Registered Architect.
Megan Bradford
Architectural Project Manager
Megan joined Vector Design group in 2022 with six years of experience in the world of design. Her previous experience includes everything – from as small as furniture and bus stops to entire campuses of colleges and distilleries. She’s worked on multiple design teams that have created award winning work. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Claire Stoner
Interior Designer Project Manager
Paul joined Vector Design group in 2021 with Twenty-six years of experience in the design, science, practice, and management of simple to complex Architectural projects. He has led multiple design teams that have created award winning work. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Kentucky and is licensed to practice Architecture in twenty-six states.
Jennifer Pels
Architectural Project Manager
Jennifer joined Vector Design Group at the end of 2024 after moving from the Netherlands to Louisville in 2023. Before joining Vector, she worked for a local architect in Louisville focusing on residential projects. Back in the Netherlands, she worked as a consultant for the public sector, helping various clients and organizations implement and improve processes. She received her Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Philosophy at the Technical University of Delft and her Master’s in Metropolitan Analysis, Design and Engineering at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions (Joint degree TU Delft and Wageningen University and Research).
